Online booking & third-party scheduling

Our appointment scheduler is provided by a third-party shop management platform and opens in a window hosted by that provider. Information you enter there, such as your name, contact details, vehicle, and the service you want, is submitted directly to that provider and to the shop, and is governed by that provider's own privacy practices as well as this policy.

If you use our online chat assistant instead, the details you give it are emailed to the shop so we can follow up. We do not use those conversations to target advertising.

Text messages & calls

If you give us a phone number, we may contact you by phone or text about your appointment or your request. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

Some phone numbers shown in our advertising are tracking numbers that forward to the shop. Calls to those numbers connect to us normally and may be logged for reporting on which ads generate calls. Calls may be recorded where a voicemail is left.

Children's privacy

Our site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
