Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Tires Plus University Parkway website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Services & estimates

We provide tire sales and installation and automotive repair and maintenance services in the Sarasota, FL area. Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if the vehicle's condition differs on inspection. We confirm the price with you before performing additional work.

Scheduling & cancellations

We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window and to communicate promptly if anything changes. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Pricing & payment

Tire, service, and repair pricing is presented upfront before work begins. Financing is available on approved credit through our financing partners and is subject to their terms. Payment is due as described in your quote or invoice.

Warranties

Eligible tire and repair work includes a nationwide warranty as described at the time of sale. Manufacturer and road-hazard warranties may apply separately. Warranties may require documented maintenance to remain valid; see your agreement for details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Online booking

Appointments booked through this site are submitted through a third-party scheduling platform used by the shop. Submitting a request reserves a slot subject to availability and confirmation. We may need to contact you to adjust a time if the work you need takes longer than the slot allows.

Only certain services can be booked online. Anything that has to be inspected before it can be scoped, such as brake, alignment, or driveability work, is handled as a request and the shop will contact you to arrange a time.

Online chat assistant

This site offers an automated chat assistant that helps you describe what your vehicle needs and passes the request to the shop. It is an automated tool, not a member of staff, and it does not confirm appointments, quote prices, or give binding repair advice.

Anything it tells you is general information only. Prices, timing, and whether a repair is needed are confirmed by the shop after an inspection. Do not rely on it for safety decisions. If your vehicle is unsafe to drive, call us or seek roadside assistance.

Privacy, cookies & advertising

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and for advertising, including retargeting through third-party advertising partners.

Some phone numbers in our advertising are tracking numbers that forward to the shop, so we can measure which advertising generates calls.

This site links to and embeds services operated by others, including tire manufacturer catalogs, our scheduling provider, financing partners, and mapping services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Do not use this site to submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the site or its automated tools, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may limit or block access to protect the site and our customers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to this site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
